Our Services

  • ON RAMP

    FOR ALL NEW TO CROSSFIT OPTIMIZE: Once you take advantage of your free trial group class, you'll then be enrolled in our On Ramp course consisting of five one-on-one 45 minute sessions. During this time, we'll coach you through all the basics and learn the common CrossFit movements, methods and scaling options. Upon completion of these sessions you should have a better understanding of the most common movements you will see in future classes and be well prepared to jump into group with confidence. Completion is required before attendance of a regularly scheduled CrossFit class.

  • CROSSFIT

    CrossFit combines weightlifting, body weight movements and traditional cardio based on the prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity” under the watchful eye of our certified coaching staff. This class includes a vast span of movements performed over ever changing reps and round sequences at varying intensities. We will lead you through every step of the workout, from the warmup to the cool down. Every athlete receives their own tailored workout suited to their current level ensuring proper mechanics are achieved first before increasing the intensity.

  • SWEAT

    Get moving with our multi-part workouts designed for those looking for more cardio based workouts minus any barbell lifts. All levels are welcome as focus is on performing simpler functional movements most everyone can do in a moderate to fast paced tempo.
